Subcontract from Saudi Binladin Group

Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, the gateway to Egypt's Red Sea and Sinai, the Works Comprise the Construction of The New Terminal Building at Sharm El Sheikh Airport raising capacity to 4.5 Million passengers annually and comprises of: - 

  • The airport consists of two main levels with 44,000 m2 of built up area in additional to a restaurant and a cafeteria in two additional levels in the central area for long-waiting passengers
  • Ground Level main circulation for passengers where most facilities are located.
  • 40 check-in counters, 7 gates, arrival and departure halls, with duty free/shopping areas and food lounges
  • 135,000 m2 of landscape area comprising a vehicular road network, parking space (100 buses and 250 cars), curbside and other airport system and services
  • peak capacity: 2500 Pax/Hour
  • An Electromechanical Plant, Control Building and Associated External Site Works.

In Addition to the above scope Al Marasem entitled for the Operation and Maintenance for New Terminal Building from February 2008 to February 2009.
