Project Description
The mall is planned to be one of the largest malls in New Cairo with a diversified mixed of activates varying between fashion, electronics, houseware, a large food court, restaurant and cafes, a Hypermarket, a variety of services along with over a 6,500 sqm dedicated for leisure and entertainment comprising of a large kids area and a cinema complex hence serving all family members. In addition to the above, it also comprises a bank complex with its private parking spaces to facilitate clients’ access.
Scope of works includes the Design & build of Fifth square compound commercial building (The Mall) with a BUA = 72,275 Sqm comprises of the followings: -
• 300 shops (areas vary between 50-350 m² per shop)
• A number of large shops that exceeds 1000 m²
• Hypermarket: 5,550 m²
• Open areas for cafes and restaurants
• 10 cinemas
• Family entertainment: over1,300 m2
