Project Scope of work Includes the following for AL Rehab Residential Compound phase 1 & 2: -
• Construction of 336 Villas with Six Different Architectural types and 270 Residential Apartments Buildings with Five Different Architectural Types.
• Construction of 163 Villas with Five Different Architectural Types And 95 Residential Apartments Buildings with Seven Different Architectural Types.
• Site Development Works Includes Road Works, Water Supply, Sewage System, Power Distribution System and Telephone Networks.
• Construction of El Rehab Shopping Mall 1, Consisting of Shops, Cinemas and Restaurants.
• Construction of The Club Building, Along with Its Playgrounds & Fences
