Project Description
• Emerald Buildings (Blocks D & E): -
Scope of works includes Construction, finishing, & electromechanical works of 15 U- Shaped Residential Buildings with Nine Floors Each with BUA = 54,000 Sqm.
• Dreamland Power Center mall: -
Construction and finishing of Shopping Center, consisting of a pavilion, retail building, gateway and utilities.
• Dreamland Park Palace hotel: -
Construction and finishing of a 200 room hotel building with total BUA = 17500 Sqm. Includes Finishing, Landscape and MEP works for the Park Place building along with shop drawings for all works.
