 The Scope of works includes the construction and finishing works of residential, commercial, administrative and serviced apartment buildings with a total BUA = 911,776 Sqm.for the project components as follows: -

Apartment buildings comprise of: -

201 Bldgs. Consisting of approximately 3174 fully finished apartments with a BUA: 606,870 Sqm.

Villa square buildings with a BUA: 52,575 Sqm. comprises of: -

  • 51 separate villas
  • 40 twin houses
  • 80 town houses
  1. Hotel serviced apartments (lake Residence)
  • 5 buildings with BUA = 61,860 Sqm., comprises of 556 units of one or two bedrooms serviced and furnished.
  1. Commercial (The Mall) with BUA = 72,275 Sqm.comprises of: -:
  • 300 shops (areas vary between 50-350 Sqm. per shop)
  • A number of large shops that exceeds 1000 Sqm.
  • Hyper Market: 5,550 Sqm.
  • open areas for cafes and restaurants
  • 10 cinemas
  • Family entertainment: over 1,300 Sqm.
