Project Description
• Project Phase I: -
Scope of works includes Construction works for buildings skeleton of a mixed-use residential compound located in New Administrative Capital on a land area of Approximately 148 Feddans for the following components: -
- 97 Residential Buildings with 23 different facade types with B.U.A.=1.7 Million Sqm.
- Number of Residential Units= 5499
- Number of commercial Units = 200
• Project Phase II: -
Scope of work includes the following for Project Phase-I components:-
- External and internal finishing works.
- Electromechanical works.
- Infrastructure & road work.
